FAQ

When does NOW! start?
At a different surprise time every day (weekdays 10:00–22:00, weekends 11:00–22:30 local time). Turn on notifications and we'll alert you 3 minutes before.

I'm not getting notifications.
Make sure Settings › NOW! › Notifications is on. On Android, also allow "Alarms & reminders", otherwise your phone may delay the alert. Opening the app now and then keeps notifications up to date.

I missed it. What now?
Until the end of the day you can play the same rounds in late mode for full points, ranked separately with others who played later. While you wait, you can also play Yesterday's NOW!.

Why did my streak reset?
Your streak resets if you skip a whole day (live or late mode).
