Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026 · NOW! (ŞİMDİ!) Android and iOS app and simdi.teknosoft3d.com
NOW! is a daily live trivia and brain game by Teknosoft3D. This page explains what data we process, why, and how you can delete it. We do not ask for an account, email, phone number or real name.
Data we collect
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Random player ID generated on your device at first launch; not linked to your identity | To match your scores, streak and badges to you |
| Game data: your round answers and scores, play time, lobby participation, duel results | To score answers on the server, compute rankings and percentiles, and prevent cheating |
| Nickname and city (optional, only if you enter them in your profile) | To show your name in your friends' ranking and compute the city league |
| Friend links added via friend code, invite or duel link | Friends ranking and duel table |
| Server logs: IP address, browser/device type, request time | Security and abuse prevention; deleted automatically after 14 days |
What we don't collect
- No access to location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera.
- No advertising ID and no third-party analytics or tracking. The app currently has no ads; if ads are added, this page will be updated beforehand.
- Notifications are scheduled locally on your phone; we do not collect a push token.
Who can see it?
Your nickname and score appear only in your friends' ranking and in duel tables you join. The city league shows only the average score per city (minimum 3 players). We do not sell, rent or share your data for advertising.
Where is it stored?
Data is stored on our server in Germany (European Union) and transferred over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept until you delete it. In the app, Profile › Delete my data permanently deletes all your records (scores, streak, badges, friendships, nickname, city) from our server immediately. Uninstalling the app does not delete server data; use the button first or email us. For email requests, include the 6-character friend code shown in your profile.
Children
NOW! is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to object to processing. Contact us for any request.
